In order to promote the processing and manufacturing technology, management level and product quality of the grid structure industry, the grid structure sponsored by the China Steel Structure Association Space Structure Branch, Jiangsu Huning Steel Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Southeast Network Co., Ltd. The Advanced Manufacturing and Construction Technology Exchange Conference and the Qingdao New Airport Observation Conference will be held in Qingdao from May 10 to 12, 2018. Participants have members of the grid structure professional committee, steel structure design, construction and manufacturing enterprises throughout the country. May 11th meeting report content


The first part: Xia Xun, chief engineer of Shandong Institute of Architectural Design Southwest China Design Institute, introduced the design of the large-span roof structure of Qingdao New Airport, and compared the design ideas and difficulties of the roof design with the design of Beijing New Airport.


The second part: Gao Jinling, chief engineer of Jiangsu Huning Steel Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced the construction technology of the roof structure of Qingdao New Airport and Beijing New Airport.


The third part: Yan Yongzhong, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Southeast Network Co., Ltd. introduced the exploration of space grid structure automation manufacturing technology.


Part IV: Yang Shibin, Minister of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Construction Group Co., Ltd. introduced the information management of space structure engineering project management.


Part V: Zhang Jiancheng, chief engineer of Xuzhou Feihong Grid Construction Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the application of BIM technology in the design and construction of grid structure.


Part VI: Li Haiwang, a professor at Taiyuan University of Technology, introduced the collapse of a large-span coal shed steel grid structure and analyzed and reflected the design of the accident.


Part VII: Zhou Xuejun, a professor at Shandong Jianzhu University, introduced the development of spatial structure in Shandong Province in the past decade.

Qingdao New Airport Observation Meeting on May 12


The high-profile Qingdao New Airport is a regional hub airport designed and constructed by the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. It is the gateway airport in Southeast Asia and the international highest operating level 4F standard design. Qingdao New Airport is located in Jiaodong Town, Jiaozhou City, 39 kilometers away from Qingdao city center. The first phase of construction land is 16 square kilometers, with a total investment of 36 billion yuan. The terminal has two floors underground and four floors above ground. The building area is about 478,000 square meters. After completion, it can meet the annual passenger throughput of 35 million passengers, cargo and mail throughput of 500,000 tons, and the need for 300,000 aircraft movements. Qingdao New Airport is the first domestic single-finger five-finger style. The design idea is the first to be people-oriented. The first phase is star-shaped, and the overall “qi” shape is in line with regional characteristics and inherits the historical heritage. For the first time, the high-speed rail and subway were introduced into the terminal building at the same time. It is the first zero-transfer comprehensive transportation center integrating high-speed railway and subway in China. As the first batch of national-level integrated pipe corridor pilot project, the city integrated pipe gallery was introduced into the terminal for the first time. The introduction of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel roofing, with a total area of ​​200,000 square meters, is the world's largest ultra-thin stainless steel roofing project.

The layout of the terminal building adopts the “Starfish” type layout, which consists of the F zone lobby and the ABCDE five corridors arranged in the center of the heart. The total construction area of the terminal building is about 478,000 square meters, of which the projection area of the grid part of the corridor is about 105,000 square meters, the steel consumption is about 8,000 tons, the projected area of the grid part of the hall is about 127,600 square meters, and the steel consumption is about 1.1. Ten thousand tons.


The whole roof adopts a central symmetrical large-span hyperbolic positive quadrangular vertebral grid structure, and the grid nodes are all welded hollow ball nodes. The height of the grid rises gently from the highest point in the center of the hall to the junction of the cornice and the corridor, and the slope of the side skylight changes suddenly.


Rotary lifting construction technology, vertical lifting construction technology and block lifting construction technology were adopted in the construction. Among them, the amount of rotary lifting construction engineering accounts for 38% of the total lifting capacity.
